These terms explain how Wanode may be used and the responsibilities that apply when a customer creates an account, connects a number or purchases a package.

Wanode is a subscription-based software service operated by Abdul Rehman from Faisalabad, Pakistan. It provides visual chatbot, session, API and webhook tools according to the selected package.
Unofficial service disclosure
Wanode is an independent and unofficial third-party software service. It is not affiliated with, approved by, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially connected with WhatsApp LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc. or their affiliated companies.
Acceptance
By creating an account, purchasing a package, connecting a WhatsApp number or using Wanode, the customer accepts these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the Service Delivery Policy and the WhatsApp account-risk disclosure.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, protect login credentials and API keys, maintain suitable backups, review package limits before payment and use Wanode only for lawful and authorized communication.
Prohibited use
Wanode must not be used for unsolicited marketing, bulk messaging, spam, fraud, scams, phishing, harassment, threats, impersonation, malware, illegal content, unauthorized contact, attempts to bypass platform restrictions or resale without written permission.
WhatsApp account risk
Unofficial third-party integrations may carry a risk of logout, disconnection, restriction, temporary suspension or permanent number ban. Established account history and responsible use may reduce some risks but cannot eliminate them. Wanode does not control WhatsApp or Meta decisions and is not responsible for restrictions or bans applied by them.
Availability
Wanode aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, internet failures, infrastructure issues, third-party changes, security incidents and customer device or account problems may affect availability.
Suspension
Wanode may suspend or terminate access for expired payment, prohibited use, abuse, security risk, illegal activity or violation of these terms. Suspension for a policy violation does not create a right to a refund.
Payments
Package prices and included limits are shown before checkout. Customers must review the selected package and add-ons before payment. Activation occurs only after verified successful payment.
Responsibility
Wanode will investigate verified faults within its own platform. Wanode is not responsible for Meta or WhatsApp actions, customer device or internet issues, credential misuse, prohibited messaging, loss caused by missing backups or third-party platform changes.
